Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
In accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data” (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Law”), by entering their personal data into a designated field on the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and subsequently clicking the “Submit” button, by checking the box to consent to the processing of personal data, as a data subject, freely, of their own volition, and in their own interest, grants consent to Birch Studio Limited Liability Company (OGRN: 1237700887379, registered address: 119517, Moscow, Internal Territory of the Municipal District of Ochakovo-Matveevskoe, Shaminevskoe, Building 6) (hereinafter – the Operator) to process their personal data with or without the use of automated means under the terms set forth in this consent.
1. Personal data is processed for the purpose of providing feedback and handling inquiries and requests from users received via the website: www.birch7.ru..

3. The User is aware of the right to receive information regarding the processing of their personal data and confirms that they are familiar with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act and the Personal Data Processing Policy posted on the Operator’s Website.
4. When processing personal data, the following actions may be performed: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
5. The User may withdraw consent by submitting a written request to the Operator at the Operator’s registered address or via email to info@birch7.com. The request must include the following information about the person submitting it: last name, first name, patronymic, a description of the subject of the request (full or partial withdrawal of consent; request to cease the transfer of personal data, specifying the list of such data), the date the request was drafted, and the signature of the person making the request.
6. The user acknowledges that the full or partial withdrawal of consent, as well as the termination of the processing of personal data provided for in the consent at the user’s request, may make it impossible to achieve the purpose of personal data processing specified in the consent. In the event of withdrawal of consent, as well as upon achievement of the purpose of personal data processing, the controller shall cease processing the personal data.
7. This consent is effective from the date it is provided until the purposes of processing personal data are achieved, or until such purposes are no longer necessary, or until the retention periods for personal data established by Russian law expire, or until the User withdraws their consent to the processing of personal data.
